With a Master in Quantum Chemistry in South Africa and a BS in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Arik Shimansky understands the challenges of the mind.

After surviving the sinking of a sailboat in the Mediterranean, Arik emigrated from Israel to South Africa at the age of twenty-four. Married and father of three children, he became a director of Citibank in South Africa before moving to London with his family as a director in a major financial institution. But after a decade of complex transactions in banking, investments, startups and financial technology, Arik left banking to trek to Everest base camp, determined to find a life beyond financial structures and profits. The Embodiment Cure gave him what he was looking for, which is why he is the co-founder and responsible for creating a global platform strategy to bring it to a wider audience.
