The point of all movements, meditation and massage is to pull you out of the mind, which is where everyone habitually lives, and brings you to a place where you are safe, no matter what are your external circumstances. This place is called home.

In today’s chaotic and increasingly virtual world, finding home within yourself is one of the most important things that you can do.
